Pizza Corner uses the freezer to cool freshly made pizzas before wrapping them for shipment throughout the United States. Pizza Corner uses a step-by-step process during manufacture that does not allow the toppings to mix together until baked. Each layer on the pizza is cooled before another can be added. Each pizza will usually go in and out of the freezer four times before it is ready for wrapping. The plant makes their pizza twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, so the traffic in and out of the freezer is heavy. This can create problems with moisture infiltration from the product and the people going in and out of the freezer. An IceDry placed within the freezer is keeping it and the pizzas frost-free.
