Congratulations Patricia T. Graef, P.E., LEED G.A. and ASHRAE Fellow, for her recent induction into the The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers Board of Directors.
Pat began her career at Munters in 1972 when the CELdek and GLASdek evaporative media and equipment was first introduced to the US. Over the years she has served Munters in multiple Engineering and Research & Development roles, currently as the Director of Evaporative Media Core Technology. She began serving on ASHRAE technical committees and standards development in 1987. Her passion for working with all types of evaporative cooling and humidification applications led to her becoming an ASHRAE Fellow which is for members who have attained distinction in the arts relating to the sciences of heating, refrigeration, air conditioning or ventilation.
As Munters approach to climate control is environmentally friendly and energy efficient, our technology fits in with ASHRAE's strategic plan for energy and water efficient buildings. Pat will serve as Director-at-Large for the ASHRAE Board of Directors for the next three years. Munters proudly supports Pat in her new assignment.
