Munters Corporation, the global leader in state-of-the-art air treatment technology, currently has an immediate opportunity for a Service Customer Advisor to be located in our Amesbury, MA Operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
» Identify installed base
» Bring installed base customers and equipment into Service DB (SMASH)
» Identify, cold call and qualify potential contract agreement customers
» Perform field surveys of customer facilities
» Prepare estimates and proposals
» Make presentations to prospective customers and close the sale
» Maintain prospect list, sales log and follow up schedule
» Network with other departments to exchange leads
» Implement and Maintain Parts & Services sales program tools and goals
» Determine stocking levels and forecasts for spare parts
» A liaison to support R&D and Operations in efforts to include branded parts in new product development initiatives
Requirements:
Two plus years of commercial HVAC maintenance sales experience to commercial, industrial and institutional facilities in addition to the following:
- Highly motivated and skilled at cold calling
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and maintenance procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Computer proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
